EU Funding Opportunities

Dear Members of Copernicus User Forum, This e-mail is to inform you that on 03/06/2014 the Call for Invitation to Tender regarding the definition of the Requirements Framework for the next generation of the Copernicus Space Component has been published on the EU OJ (TED portal) and the DG ENTR website.
Requirements Framework for the next generation of the Copernicus Space Component
Deadline : 03/09/2014
The overall aim of this Framework Contract is the provision of support to the European Commission in defining the user-driven evolution for the next generation of the space component of the Copernicus programme. The future user requirements will include information connected to the performance of the future Copernicus services, and may also address the needs for the direct provision of data from the space infrastructure, i.e. the Sentinel satellites. The user requirements are expected to be technology neutral, i.e. independent of the selected observation (or modelling) method to fulfil them.
